Our Website provides information about our counseling, life coaching, workshops, speaking engagements, and related services. Articles, videos, and other resources are provided for general education. They are not individualized mental health advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan and should not replace care from a qualified professional.

Establishing a professional relationship

Visiting this Website, submitting an inquiry, or requesting an appointment does not, by itself, establish a therapist-client relationship. Counseling begins after the provider accepts you for services and the required intake and informed consent process is completed.

Services depend on availability, clinical appropriateness, and the provider’s legal authority to provide care in the location where you receive services. Additional consent requirements may apply to minors or clients receiving services through an authorized representative.

 

Life coaching, educational workshops, and speaking engagements have different purposes from clinical treatment. The scope of the service you receive will be explained in the applicable agreement. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment when treatment is needed.

This Website, appointment system, email, and contact forms are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. Appointment requests, payment obligations, cancellations, and refunds are addressed in our Booking & Refunds Policy and your signed financial agreement. The financial agreement governs service-specific fees and scheduling requirements, subject to applicable law and payer requirements. Website terms do not replace informed consent or authorize treatment.
